Shipping policy
Every order is printed, packed, and shipped by me from Austin, Texas, with care — and I ship worldwide.
Processing time: As each piece is made-to-order, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be created and packed before it ships. During launches and sales this may take slightly longer, and I'll always keep you updated.
Shipping time: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders generally take 1–4 weeks, depending on your country and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
A few notes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I'm unable to cover packages lost due to an incorrect address.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
- Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If anything seems off, please reach out and I'll help however I can.
- I'm not responsible for carrier delays or customs holds, but I'll always do my part to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
