Shipping Policy
Every order is made-to-order just for you, and I ship worldwide.
Please note: Some items are handmade and shipped directly by me from Austin, Texas, while others are custom printed and shipped by our production partner. If your order includes items from both, they will arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers, and may not arrive at the same time.
Processing & shipping times:
- Items shipped by me: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be created and packed before it ships. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders generally take 1–4 weeks depending on your country and customs processing.
- Items shipped by our production partner: Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 9–14 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment as it goes out.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
A few notes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I'm unable to cover packages lost due to an incorrect address.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
- Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If anything seems off, please reach out and I'll help however I can.
- I'm not responsible for carrier delays or customs holds, but I'll always do my part to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
